Kardhaus

A business card app for sales reps

You meet people faster than you can type them in. Kardhaus turns each card into a contact while you are still at the booth, and keeps what was said next to it.

The week it is built for

  1. At the meeting

Point the camera at the card. It captures once the four edges are found, and the fields land where they belong: name, title, company, phone, email, address.

  2. Right after

Hold the mic and say what matters — “wants a quote for 200 units, decision in September”. It is transcribed on the iPhone and kept as a note.

  3. Back at the desk

Tag the cards from the same show or territory, so the batch stays together. Search reads names, companies, addresses and your notes.

  4. When you write back

With Apple Intelligence, Kardhaus can draft the follow-up in their language from the card and your notes; you edit and send it yourself. The first 50 AI uses are free.

What helps on the road

  • Scanning works without signal, in an exhibition hall or on a plane.
  • One card, both sides: a bilingual card becomes one contact, not two.
  • A photo of several cards from your library is split into one contact each.
  • The card map puts each contact at the address printed on their card, so you can see who is near your next visit.
  • Export to vCard or CSV, or save to iOS Contacts, whenever you need the list somewhere else.

Kardhaus keeps one person’s cards. It has no shared team library and no CRM connection beyond CSV export, so if your team works from one pool of contacts, a team CRM is the right tool for that part.

Do I need an account?
No. Cards stay on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on.
Can I get my contacts into a CRM?
Export CSV and import it into the CRM. There is no direct sync.
Which languages does it read?
Traditional and Simplified Chinese, English and Japanese.
