Kardhaus

A business card app for founders

One evening event can hand you an investor, a first customer and someone you want to hire. Kardhaus keeps each card with the reason you kept it.

Three conversations, one pocket of cards

  1. Scan before you forget the face

A card becomes a contact in a few seconds, offline too. The front and back of a bilingual card become one contact.

  2. Say why it matters

A voice note — “led the seed round at …, asked for the deck” — is transcribed on the iPhone and saved with the card.

  3. Tag the purpose

Investor, customer, candidate, advisor: tags are yours to name, and tapping one shows that list.

  4. Write back the same week

With Apple Intelligence, a follow-up draft is written from the card and your notes, in their language. You edit and send it. 50 AI uses are free.

Why founders like that it has no account

  • Your network is not someone else’s database. The app sends nothing to us; cards live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.
  • Hand over your own card from the iPhone when you run out of paper ones.
  • Leave any time. vCard and CSV export are always available.
Can I keep investors and customers separate?
Yes, with tags. Tap a tag to see only those cards.
Does it record where I met someone?
Not automatically. Put the event in a tag or a note; search reads notes.
