A HiHello alternative for paper cards
HiHello is built around your own digital card, with a scanner, address book, email signatures and team management. If paper cards are the part you use most, here is how the two compare.

When HiHello is the better choice
- Your digital card is the main thing, with team branding and email signatures.
- You need a web app and Android.
- You scan a handful of cards a month. HiHello’s help centre lists 5 paper cards a month on the free personal plan.
Moving your cards from HiHello

Export from HiHello
Settings › Export Contacts (or the gear icon on the web), enter your email, and the spreadsheet arrives as an attachment.

Save it as CSV
If the spreadsheet is not already CSV, open it and save as CSV.

Import into Kardhaus
In Kardhaus, choose Import and pick the file. vCard is read directly; for CSV you confirm the column mapping before anything is saved, and you see how many cards were imported.
